Girl’s bedroom ideas

In honor of Mother’s Day, designer, homeowner and mom of two Dianne Berman of Delo Interiors takes us inside her daughters’ sweet bedrooms. See how she used large-scale floral murals, punches of pink and a practical layout to make each room not only functional but stylish, too. In the big girl room, Dianne created a cozy reading nook at the bottom of her daughter’s loft-style bed and injected personality with custom vinyl stickers over the white drawers. And in the nursery, a serene palette, breezy textures and wall-mounted book shelves add a sense of whimsy to the space. Plus, Dianne shares her tips for maximizing every inch in a small nursery.

Great job on choosing the wallpapers for both of these rooms, they are absolutely beautiful. The nursery has the kind of design aesthetic that I'd love to have in my own bedroom, the blush drapes and the greys are just stunning. Love this design

    this is so beautiful..
I cant help but wondering how the girls react when they see their room like this.

in third grade, I remember my childhood bestfriend when She got customized bed frame in her favorite color with matching wardrobe, She cant stop gushing about it and we were all so happy,
Her dad was so proud of decorating the room, we come visit her home like once a week.
She passed away 3years ago, when she was in her medical internship.
But I always remember how She looked the happiest, it was about her dream room.

You want to make your kids happy, get her their dream room

I LOVE IT SO MUCH! ESPECIALLY THE DRESSER/DRAWERS WALLPAPER!

  14. Do you have the link to the bookshelf of the big girl room? I'm looking for one like this for long time. I believe we can easily fix it to the walls. It's so important for us. We have a good climber.

  15. Love the nursery wall paper.

Finally. Rooms that aren’t all white

  17. Parents often make the mistake of using pastels/lighter colours or even non-colours. Bright colours are much better for kids, because they stimulate the child. Yes, I know you want the kid to be able to sleep. But that's why drapes were invented. Use the ones that block out all light.

  18. Ava Yu says:
